About Us
Woofgate Valley is run by Michelle Gittus from her home in Woodgate Valley Birmingham.
I'm a big animal lover and have 30 years experience looking after my own dogs and small animals before qualifying in dog grooming (level 3) & canine behaviour, care and welfare (Ofqual level 3). Before starting up Woofgate Valley.
After having my own dogs I understand the worry which comes with finding a reliable and trustworthy person to look after your fur babies and treat them as part of the family whilst you are away for a long weekend or well-deserved holiday.
I offer a child free, loving home from home for your dog(s), where they will be given 24 hour love & attention being treated as part of the family. I'm located a few minutes' walk from Woodgate Valley country park so your dog will have the opportunity for lots of walks along the many marked routes as well as open fields for those dogs that like a good run. During their stay your dog will have the run of our house and garden, with lots of sofas and beds for them to rest & relax.
Prior to boarding, we will arrange for you and your dog to visit our home so we can discuss your dog's needs, routine & behaviour to ensure we are the best match for you and your dog.
We have 1 resident dog so any daycare / boarding dogs must be friendly and able to get on with others.
